Hi, Art!
The pump arrived Friday and over the weekend, we cleaned up
the plumbing, jungle, put in all new valves, opened up the
disused Polaris line as a vacuum line and cleaned-up the
crazy (and code-violating) wiring. At 4PM yesterday, we
switched on and everything is working perfectly.
Our calculations and guesstimates were right on as we have
proper pressure and vacuum at all points and the sort of
flow which one should have in a pool of this size.

Well we have been home now for one week and the Jandy is working like a charm. It was interesting to see the couple of modifications eg clip on at the wall and the filter further down the line. Our other one was seven years old so it was certainly time for a new one.
We had long flights home - a total of 21 hours flying time and a few for a connection however that did not stop Masa from putting the Jandy into the pool straight away. We have had a week of heat waves and high humidity so the pool certainly has had plenty of use. Many thanks for your efforts in getting the cleaner to us in the nick of time. We always think that the service in the U.S. is tremendous.

I thought I had better let you know how things are going here. I finally installed the heater and wired it myself. I didalot of research on how to wire and ended up spending about $400 to get it done. I even have enough room in the new box to wire my garage. The heater works great. Keeps the tub at 105 degrees and barely runs at all. It was a great choice to go with the 11 kw heater. We are so pleased and will tell all our friends about the great help you were.
